There are 12 corridors each with 12 rooms. Each corridor has his own kitchen-cum-living room, enough toilets and showers, a small room to put down different things and a balcony, which is very popular in the summer. Besides each corridor has got a washing machine and telephone. They are used in common.

Thereґs a bed, a desk, a chair, a shelve and a built-in cupboard in the rooms. In each room you can get your own telephone-connection and network-connection.
All rooms have cable connection. Television stations are received by TV satellite, which means no further costs for you.
The community rooms are cleaned by a cleaning firm two times a week. In the kitchen youґll find every kitchenware you need for cooking. Itґs not necessary to buy things on your own.

A room costs 132,94€ (308,67€ deposit), for short terrants 121,80€ (200€ deposit), a big room costs 147,76€ with extra charges monthly. If you use the internet you have to pay 5,11€ extra per month.
