Insternet is the network we have built up on our own. We are also connected with the university and the internet with the help of a 36- Mbits radio contact.

Bar
In the ground floor is our bar. Almost every Thursday our bar-evening takes place or other parties. In the summer you sit on the platform roof and have a barbecue. If you only want to have a look come to one of our bar evenings. In front of the bar is a hall with table football, billiards, table tennis, grand piano, copier and a cigarette machine.

Party-cellar
The party-cellar is suitable for a play evening, a diashow or friends who want to sleep there. Bar and party-cellar can be rent for celebrations by the house occupants.

Workshop
Insterburg possesses a quite good workshop which can be used by all house occupants. There are almost all important tools which are necessary to repair a bike, bike repairing stand, drill, circular saw, workbenches and everything you need. You can park bikes in front of the house or in the cellar.

Photo-laboratory
The photo-laboratory put everything at your disposal you need to develope black-and-white photos and prints. Besides there are the equipment to develop colour photos. Our photo tutor offers you introduction courses. In addition thereīs a dia projector and a screen.

Platform roof
You have a wonderful view over Karlsruhe from the platform roof. Itīs not only used to have a sun bath in the summer, but also for barbecue or to start a party spontaneously.

Caretaker
A permanently employed caretaker looks after the post and does little repairs.
